Poor customer service. After we bought a pair of $550+ frames that we sent to the lab to be fit for lenses, they were returned, sans lenses, due to a poorly soldered temple. We returned the frames to Schletter et al. who refused to replace the original pair. They accused the lab of breaking the temple instead of taking responsibility for a poorly made pair of frames. Six months later we are still trying to get a replacement. To date, we been charged $75 for postage and have nothing to show. What a sad representation for "eyewear of the world."
