Horrible Customer Service - No Compassion
My neighbor wanted to find a wig because she is going to go through chemo this week. The person that answered the phone was condesending and rude. He indicated that there was a $35 consultation fee. She told him what she wanted and indicated that she was going to have chemo treatment. He did not acknowledge what she said and proceed to explain all of the ailments of people with hair loss. He was unfeeling, insensitive and totally rude. Sorry, either he needs to be fired or just don't go there.
Got to their competitiors. Sorry, blunt but must be said. Customer service at this time in someone's life is very important!
