Nihonmachi Little Friends hire people who are unqualified to work with children. Some of the staff members at NLF lack ability in working with children like professionals. They favor some children and treat others inappropriately. I have witnessed verbal abuse towards the children by a couple of the staff members.
Pros : Good ideals/structure/program
Cons : Bad quality of care due to some of the staff members working at NLF
