Do not use! Not only did they damage multiple suits of mine, they refused to take responsibility.
I took four quite new suits to be cleaned and pressed. When I got them back, on two of the four suits, multiple buttons were cracked in half and a few were missing. I was shocked.
When I confronted the owners and showed them the damage, they refused to issue a refund. The man behind the counter was quite rude and tried to get me to replace the missing and cracked buttons with mismatched buttons he had on hand. When I told him I had already contacted the maker of my suits and that I had bought replacement buttons, he dismissively offered me two dollars.
I firmly believe that when you make a mistake, correct it.
A dry cleaner should fix the damage they cause. They did not and I would strongly urge others to get their dry cleaning done elsewhere.
Pros : None, though I suppose they did have my cleaning done on time.
